At Nicfit, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Due to the nature of our products (perishable oral nicotine pouches), we adhere to strict hygiene and safety standards. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights regarding returns and refunds.
1. Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to report an issue and request a return or refund for eligible items. If 14 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
Non-Returnable Items: Due to health and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
“Change of mind” or personal taste preferences.
Opened or used products.
Products that are not in their original condition.
Returnable Items (Defective or Incorrect Orders): We will provide a full refund or free replacement only under the following circumstances:
Damaged Item: The product arrived damaged or leaking.
Incorrect Item: You received a product different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong flavor or strength).
Expired Item: The product arrived past its expiration date.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return or refund claim, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email our Customer Support team at [support@nicfit.com] within the 14-day window.
Provide Proof: Your email must include your Order Number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product (including the packaging and shipping label).
Approval: Our team will review your claim within 1-3 business days.
Resolution: If approved, you generally do not need to mail the damaged consumables back to us. We will process your refund or send a replacement immediately.
Note: If a physical return is specifically requested by our team for inspection, Nicfit will provide a prepaid shipping label. You will not be charged for return shipping on defective items.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
5. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order for a full refund before it has been shipped. Once a tracking number has been generated, the order cannot be canceled.
6. Undeliverable Packages (Adult Signature Required)
In compliance with the PACT Act, all orders require an Adult Signature (21+) upon delivery.
If you are unavailable to sign for the package after the carrier’s maximum delivery attempts (usually 3 attempts), the package will be returned to us.
In this specific case, we will refund your order value minus the original shipping cost and any return fees charged by the carrier.
